Fixed Wireless Phones (FWP)

A GSM Fixed Wireless Phone (FWP), also known as a cellular desk phone, is a communication device that combines the traditional, ergonomic design of a standard landline telephone with the wireless connectivity of a mobile phone.

Instead of connecting to a physical telephone wall jack via copper wiring, an FWP uses a standard SIM card to make and receive calls over a cellular network.
